Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, the following refund policy applies.
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
2. Before Work Starts
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. After Work Begins
No refunds will be issued once work has started.
4. Completed Work
No refunds are provided once a project or milestone has been completed and delivered.
5. Hosting & Domain Services
Hosting and domain services are non-refundable once activated or renewed.
- This applies whether the domain is purchased through us or the client uses their own domain connected to our setup.
- These services involve immediate third-party costs and setup work that cannot be reversed.
6. Subscription Services
Monthly or yearly services may be cancelled with prior notice, but no refunds are issued for already billed periods.
7. Billing & Non-Payment
Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- No refunds will be issued for periods where services were active but unpaid.
- Services will remain inactive until outstanding balances are cleared.
8. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue fairly and directly.
