We provide web design, web development, and related digital services tailored to each client's needs.
2. Project Agreement
A project begins once payment, whether full or deposit-based, is made. By making payment, you agree to the discussed scope of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide required content, access, and materials on time.
- Respond in a timely manner during the project.
- Ensure you have the right to use all content, images, branding, and materials provided to us.
4. Revisions
Revisions are provided based on your selected package or written agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require extra fees.
5. Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, scope changes, and client responsiveness.
6. Payments
- Payments may be full or partial, depending on the plan.
- Any remaining balance must be paid before final delivery, launch, or transfer.
7. Hosting & Domain Services
Our packages may include fully managed hosting and domain services. We provide setup, configuration, and ongoing management as part of the selected plan.
- Clients may use a domain purchased through us or an existing domain they already own.
- If the client uses their own domain, the client must provide the necessary account access or DNS access needed for setup.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party domain or hosting providers outside our reasonable control.
8. Billing, Renewals & Service Suspension
Services may be billed monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan.
- Payments must be made on time to keep services active.
- If a payment fails, we may contact the client to resolve the issue.
- If payment is not received within a reasonable period, services may be suspended or cancelled and the website may become inactive.
- Services may be reactivated after outstanding balances are cleared. Additional reactivation fees may apply in some cases.
9. Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, business interruption, lost profits, downtime, third-party platform issues, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
11. Termination
We may terminate services if communication breaks down, required payments are not made, or these Terms are violated.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply.
